Shipping Information

Shipping Methods/Time frames

  

We carry a large inventory of products which enables us to ship most orders within 24 hours. If your order contains products that are not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date as soon as it’s available. Expedited orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. EST for same day shipping. If your shipment is time-sensitive, please call before ordering to confirm that we will be able to meet your requirements.

 

We will make all reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to your requested delivery date(s). However, please keep in mind that our delivery dates are estimates only and shipments may be affected by factors outside our control. We cannot be responsible for delays or shipping errors caused by the shipment carriers. Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled after the order has been submitted by PBESANTEK to the shipment carrier.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of the days on which the following holidays are observed: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.

Shipping:

We ship utilizing the following services: UPS, If you would like to use your shipping account number please contact us with that information. If you have a rush shipping order please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your needs. We do our very best to ship all items on the day the payment has cleared. However all items will ship within 1-3 business days.

Shipping International:

We ship though our preferred method of International Shipping via UPS as it is the most cost effective, and includes a tracking number. If you would like us to use a different method of international shipping, please contact us and we will let you know the cost of the requested service. Please note that items shipped outside of the Canada may incur brokerage charges or customs fees. As a customer you are responsible for these charges.

Local Pickup:

If you would like to schedule an appointment to inspect an item, or to pick it up, please contact us directly.

Emergency: 

We understand that you may have an emergency and you need an item after business hours or rush delivery. We will do our very best to work with you to meet your demands. Please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible with expedited solutions and costs.

Package Tracking

  We will provide you with a tracking number of the shipment.  You may also email us for tracking information.
